Arkology is a "Modular Hexagonal Arcology", a new type of 3D city that has never been built before. It is car-free, and thus has the potential to reduce fossil fuel use by 95-98%. Not only does it solve climate change and peak oil...but it also solves the housing crisis, light pollution, sound pollution, and air pollution.
